Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption
Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Orange Magnet LLC remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their business purposes once payment obligations are fulfilled.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

Increased revenue or leads
Advertising performance
Search engine rankings

We are not responsible for third-party platform changes, including advertising platforms or communication carriers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange Magnet LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orange Magnet LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

11. SMS Messaging Terms

Text Messaging Program Terms

Orange Magnet LLC provides digital marketing services for small and medium businesses, including website creation, paid advertising, phone, SMS, and email marketing, reputation management, and automation. When you opt in to receive SMS communications, you may receive appointment reminders, marketing offers, follow-ups, and related service messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 801-421-5818. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You will receive appointment-based and occasional messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
